George has over 17 years of experience working in streams in rivers across the western United States. He has a varied and well-rounded background including bio-monitoring, fish population dynamics, fish habitat relationships, GIS/remote sensing, modeling fish communities, spatial statistics and a variety of field sampling techniques. His professional interest also include combining wise land use with habitat preservation, developing economical field sampling and remote sensing techniques and fish habitat relationships at multiple spatial and temporal scales. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting and floating rivers.
